Before the 1950’s, America suffered from nearly twenty years of stagnation because of the Depression and World War II. There were numerous social changes as the consequence of difficult conditions of living. After the end of the war, The United States started to develop a new way of life, which was called the « American Way of Life ». The American Way of Life is defined by mass consumptiontion, dress codes, media, comfort, objects we use everyday. American's way of life is spread all around the world because of the music, medias, cinema, fast-food and brands.
