Modul 1: Identify and explain the main features of post-industrial age evolution? Post-industrial revolution consist to develop and to expand the growth of industrial revolution resulting innovation and creation of knowledge and good information. The postindustrial age evolution leads to management organization that needs some changements because of development of technology. Hence, the main features of post-industrial age evolution consist in amplification of digital technology such as computer, expansion of information that serve as data base for networks, flexibility of work and creation of global working. These technologies should be considered for the improvement of management inside of organization. Furthermore, the evolution of management organization intends to improve the control of product activity. The radical changement in management result indeed the technology changement required in management decision. Otherwise, these changements should be creative, innovative, lean and flexible in order to improve the technical skills inside of organization. Identify and discus major changes in management requirement in post-industrial period In the post-industrial management, more changement is required for the success management and for the effective management. In reality, the main objective in changement required are the changement in product and process, the changement in market and the changement in the way or method to work, all of these for the successful of management. Hence, the major changes in management requirement in post-industrial period are: Technological developments and own technology Economic and market conditions Competitors state and capability Firm’s condition and capability Product and process competitiveness Firms resources, including manpower, skills, access to financial, technical, and other resources Competitor’s resources. Threat and opportunities from within and without cross impact and external political. Besides, theses changement should be done step by step not sudden, because it’s difficult to change suddenly the things that’s happen today, we should learn the experience caused by it. So, the most important things to do to establish those changements are to consider the future and perspective necessary to correct the mistakes done in the past. In other words, changements required a good decision taken from the experience in the past. What are the principle characteristics of well-functioning organization in the new era? The context to provide an influence stable work is to have a well-functioning organization, as we don’t need to be stress during work. Therefore, we must be capable to know how to work well and at what moment in order to identify if some work is done right or wrong. Indeed, all employees inside of organization are supposed to do something, so if they do a good job, they should know how to achieve their work. But obviously, organizations must identify and execute their goal. In addition, organizations depend on their well functioning for ensuring a greater work. In other words, each employee should follow some criteria required for a well functioning of organization. So, the principles characteristics of well organization in the new area are: Responsibility of employee Flexibility and adaptability in work Interrelationship and trust between employee and managers Quality performance Satisfaction of employee Stability in the work place Meaningful responsibility What are the main features and principles of sustainable business? Sustainable business is a process used by companies in order to manage their financial, social and environmental risk, obligation and opportunities. The main features and principles of sustainable business are: Maintenance and enhancement of life’s quality and environment Improvement of local economic Incorporation of resilience and mitigation of decision Strong sustainability Integration of sustainability Minimization of risk and maximization of opportunity Innovation and accountability Process improvement Explain how sustainability help creating long-term business value To improve the management inside of business, there are three principles of sustainability able to fix it such as: protecting the business, running the business and growing the business. Protecting the business involves reduction of damage towards customers, employees and community. It allows identifying some potentials risks able to happen, manage some failures, limiting intervention and retaining the operation of license to be granted by the community.
