DSK's Trial Part II : The facts To approach the facts of this case, we will analyze and interpret the different images of the video published, which give the chronological actions after the alleged assault. Conversely, in a civil trial, the jury must determine whether the complainant has suffered an injury or not, and decide to repair it or not. Regarding DSK, the prosecutor has decided to initiate against him civil and criminal proceedings, which we will analyze in the next section.
