Hiroshige (Utagawa Ichiry?sai And?. dit), 1797-1858, né à Edo, peintre paysagiste japonais. Il est l'un des plus grands maîtres de l'estampe en couleurs et l'un des derniers dont les oeuvres traduisent un rare sentiment de la nature et de la poésie du Japon (sa série Cent Vues célèbres de T?ky? ). Son influence s'est exercée sur des peintres occidentaux tels que Whistler, Van Gogh, Toulouse-Lautrec et bien d'autres.
