(Grim Ones) Greek Three female
monsters (the Euryae); daughters of Ceto and Phorcys;
sisters of the Graea. Their names were Euryale,
Stheno, and Medusa. They had the bodies of
women, brass claws for hands, and snakes for hair.
Two were immortal, but Medusa was not. The hero
Perseus killed her and cut off her head.
