? Here is a neighborhood of Liverpool according to Claire Costa. Previously, this neighborhood was badly attended and there was an unemployment rate of great importance. Almost all the buildings were abandoned or needed renovation. Now, thanks to my project, this district will make way for sustainable development in all its aspects. Firstly, for the ecological pillar, bins (made from recycled material) will be made available and will be very numerous. An ecological production of fruits and vegetables will be put in place thanks to organic farming and natural compost. This agriculture will also be innovative with terraces that will be very productive while saving as much space as possible. This will be the opportunity of testing this new way of producting fruits and vegetables. A geothermal system for heating and cooling water will be available, including the ice rink and the pool. Many parks will be created and protected through a system of sanctions if sustainable development is undermined. A relay parking system on the edges of the neighborhood will be set up to avoid traffic jams in the heart of the district but also to facilitate access to people living far from their workplace thanks to a tramway operating with photovoltaic panels to pollute the least. For the social aspect, many quality housing will be created for each financial situation: some will have access to houses (sometimes luxury ones) but also to buildings that can be furnished with degradable materials at the request of the client. The buildings will be cheaper so that everyone will have access to them but also very comfortable with help from professionals. Schools and universities will be built to facilitate access "close to home" but also to facilitate communication and social relations between children. The U-Boat museum will be renovated to facilitate access for people with disabilities but also to strengthen the building ; the Spaceport will also be renovated on the same criteria. A new museum will be created in order to promote social relations but also to increase knowledge on the scientific field because it will be called "museum of science". A police station will be built to ensure the protection of the inhabitants but also the respect of the law and to prevent vandalism. Two hospitals will then be created to respond to any problems and will be composed of the best doctors in the country. Medical centers will also be nearby and at your service if needed ; drugstores will be present to provide everything you need. Finally, for the economic side, a business district will be built down town to facilitate transport but also close to the high school and the university to faciliate practical and close training. The tram will be payable but for residents of the area the price will be reduced. Two cinemas and two infrastructures including ice rink and swimming pool will be created for the entertainment of the population, and for supporting the economy of the city. A port will also be created for boat owners and for people to enjoy the place. There will be down town luxury hotels and stores for the economy and entertainment. Finally the Central Hydraulic Tower will be renovated by changing the stone and the Ferry Terminal will be renovated to be more aesthetical, less polluting and more convenient. Large areas for pedestrians and bicycles will finally be created to facilitate transportation but also to enjoy the view and the nature while respecting sustainable development.
