On dit d'un patient qu'il est accessible si le psychiatre ou l'analyste réussit à établir un CONTACT avec lui, et inaccessible dans le cas contraire. Le terme est pseudo-objectif, puisqu'il implique que la capacité de contact est une constante, identique chez tous les praticiens lorsqu'ils examinent le patient. En général, les NÉVROSÉS sont jugés accessibles et les psychotiques PSYCHOSE) inaccessibles.
