The article I chose talks about drugs in uk. More specifically, alcohol and hard drugs like heroin or crack. So, the British government has classified the drugs from most dangerous to least dangerous. and the result is that alcohol is the drug more dangerous compared to crack cocaine or heroin. The reason is that alcohol is more prevalent than other drugs and causes considerably more harm In The "wider community” whereas the hard drugs are harmful to a minority of people who use them. In fact alcohol is an economic cost for the government because addiction to alcohol cost expensive for hospital admissions or alcohol-related crime.

So I think that alcohol should not be the most dangerous drug because almost everyone is drinking and the majority are not addicts. Whereas users of hard drugs are all drug addict. It would be preferable to focus on hard drug addicts that only to alcohol
