« Le Chardon (Écosse) Thistle is one of the most famous emblems of Scotland, thanks to its rugby team, From where the origin of this symbol dates back to the Middle Ages, in 1010 ( one thousand ten ), the Vikings during the attack on a Scottish castle, decided to attack at night and barefoot to avoid being spotted, but they were spotted by their cries as they unexpectedly crossed a field of thistles, which it does was chosen in memory of the conflict between the Scots and the Viking invaders.
